Between 60 and 70% of their diet is composed of fodder, either direct consumption of green pastures, features of our prairies, or conserved as hay or silage and between 30 and 40% based on mixture grains and by-products of different industries. The main dairy region is in the center and south of the Santa Fe province, which is an excellent dairy production area (location of our plant in the city of San Carlos, in the province of Santa Fe), east and south Cordoba province and central and northern Buenos Aires province. Within breeds excel Argentinian Holstein, followed by Jersey, Flemish and Norman.
